Steve Bressette of Jalbert Engineering represented the applicant. Plans for a bumpout in the read of the proposed building were changed from 8’ x 18’ to 6’ x 24’. The square footage of the bumpout remains the same.
The Board voted to approve the plan presented wiith the requirement that the building will be used for a residence only and cannot be used for business use.Voting in favor of the project were: Fred Beaulieu, Don Beal and Ron Seaburg. Absent: Sarto Caron.

replacement of the existing chimney.
A site visit was scheduled for October 9, at 6 PM.
